Filin’s Summer Events get going with a Mind Filin Breakfast. Every day it will be possible to savor this special breakfast that for €10 includes a toast with tomato and avocado, mini croissant, orange juice and coffee, in a pleasant and cozy atmosphere to share with friends or family and start the day in relax mode.
On Tuesdays at sunset, and as a prelude to an amazing evening ahead, the Cocktail Workshop will each week see a different cocktail being created by a master mixologist, who will reveal their best recipes and a whole host of tips for creating the perfect summer drink to share with friends. Another activity is Taste & Sound on Thursdays, at which Cuban beats will provide the soundtrack to Filin’s varied menu.

What’s more, €1 of each brunch will be donated to the Ibiza and Formentera Association Against Cancer, combining culinary pleasure with a great cause.
Likewise, those who wish to opt for an a la carte brunch will also be able to participate in this donation with a minimum consumption of €25.
