Southern Wind shipyard wanted to gather its clients with an end-of-season meeting, and what better setting than Marina Ibiza to carry it out?
For two days, several yachts -between 23 and 35 meters in length- moored in Marina Ibiza, from where the inspiring views of Dalt Vila, the old part of the city declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, could be seen. Some of them were already in Marina Ibiza because they participated in the superyacht regatta, Ibiza JoySail. Many others arrived as soon as this event ended for the occasion.
With a rich program of activities that aimed to bring together the great Southern Wind family, participants were able to enjoy the facilities that Marina Ibiza offers, and its exclusive restaurant, shopping and entertainment offering, in addition to the unforgettable experience of touring the paradisiacal turquoise waters with a breeze that allowed team sailing to be combined with a swim in the Espalmador Natural Park on the island of Formentera. And the Indian summer gave them perfect conditions to experience the magic of sailing between Ibiza and Formentera.
Marina Ibiza’s team participated very actively in the organization of this event, which Daniel Marí, manager of Marina Ibiza, describes as “a very special opportunity that invites to discover our marina and the island of Ibiza in a quieter time, but with the same or even greater beauty, if possible, that the Pitiusas offer”.
