The world’s most prestigious luxury boutiques line the central promenade of Marina Ibiza, offering a true spectacle of colour and sophistication. This year’s new addition, and sure to capture the attention of all fashionistas, is the Italian fashion house Loro Piana, a luxury label that is bringing a touch of pizzazz and exclusivity to the marina.
This prestigious Italian firm has opted to join the retail mix at one of the Mediterranean’s most exclusive marina, alongside other luxury brands such as Bulgari, Dolce&Gabanna, Dior, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Loewe, Saint Laurent, and Bottega Veneta.
For its opening, Loro Piana has played with the perfect combination of elegance and simplicity. Its collection celebrates the spirit of midsummer and the beauty of faraway islands. In the Resort 2024 Collection, silhouettes are relaxed and flowing, adorned with unique details and evocative floral motifs. The icons of Loro Piana are timeless, elegant, and always made with exceptional fabrics.
The other boutiques, which have already welcomed the new brand, have also opened their doors with irresistible new collections.
Dior once again wows with its eye-catching jungle as an animation on the outside of its store. This year, its animals are made from seashells, amazing sculptures that accompany the Dioriviera collection with a palette of vibrant and captivating tones, from navy blue and coral to water green, lemon, and powder pink.
With a light and refreshing breeze, Louis Vuitton embraces the summer spirit with its special “By the Pool” collection. This series evokes the colour palette of an Ibizan sunrise, playing with the intense azure blue that surrounds the island’s idyllic beaches and cliffs, inviting you to immerse yourself in a summer of luxury and relaxation.
The new Dolce&Gabbana collection is an ode to Italian artisans and artists of majolica green inspired by Caltagirone ceramics, with an all-over green print that blends with the luminosity of white.
This season, Gucci is presenting its Gucci Lido collection, by designer Sabato de Sarno, a tribute to the captivating charm of coastal life and inspired by the beach clubs or ‘lidos’ that adorn the shores of Italy. Timeless pieces that combine luxury with comfort showcased in a fantastic blue space like the bottom of the sea.
Loewe has reappeared this season with the iconic Paula’s Loewe, an annual collection designed on the island as a symbol of the 1970s hippie movement, creating a unique blend of vibrant energy, laid-back ease, and distinctive craft.
Meanwhile, the reinvention of elegance comes from Saint Laurent. Designer Anthony Vacarello has committed to this summer collection with everyday looks that reflect haute couture. Simple and sophisticated at the same time, with tones such as olive, maroon or sand featuring in a capsule collection inspired by the world of aviation and car racing.
Bulgari‘s high-end jewellery range opts for a summer reinterpretation of the firm’s classics, from Serpenti High Summer accessories to Bulgari Aluminium watches and the Tubogas jewellery collection, the brand’s unmistakable symbol.
Last, but not least, Bottega Veneta is back for a second year with the Andiamo bag, by designer Matthieu Blazy, which pays homage to travel and craftsmanship. This accessory, destined to become an icon of the label, has a natural look, a soft touch, and a firm structure.
This summer will again see Marina Ibiza embrace the most exquisite luxury, with exclusive capsule collections that we can’t wait to see. The marina has become an oasis of haute couture that captures the attention of fashionistas, making it the only place on the White Island where international luxury brands can be found.
