Marina Ibiza and Michl Marine play host to a bona fide Oktoberfest, a true Bavarian bash with a yachting twist
A three-day celebration of German culture, featuring live music, welcomed over 1,200 attendees to the Marina Ibiza boulevard.
The eighth edition of this Oktoberfest, held in partnership with Michl Marine and a further thirteen sponsors, stayed true to its essence as a must-visit end-of-season event.
Marina Ibiza and Michl Marine played host to their traditional Bavarian festival from 17 to 19 October. The eighth edition of Oktoberfest was a roaring success in terms of attendance, given that it’s one of the most eagerly awaited end-of-season events.
Over the course of three days, more than 1,200 people soaked up a bona fide German experience on the Marina Ibiza boulevard, which once again was refashioned into a lively biergarten with decorated tents, traditional German music and cuisine, elegant string lighting and a truly unbeatable atmosphere.
On Friday and Saturday, the evening sessions were aimed at an adult audience, while on Sunday at noon it was the turn of families, who filled the marina with laughter, games and live music.
The extensive culinary offering stayed true to its German essence with classic pretzels, ham hocks and wursts, accompanied by craft beers and a new wine and cava tasting stand.
Guests enjoyed numerous traditional games, such as a high striker, a tin can alley and darts, plus two new options this year: hook-a-duck and a photo booth. Adults and children alike joined in with the fun, especially on Sunday, when a family atmosphere reigned supreme.
Over the years, Marina Ibiza’s Oktoberfest has become an essential meeting point for customers, crews, companies, friends and yachting lovers. Organised together with Michl Marine and with the support of thirteen sponsors, this event has grown year after year without ever losing its essence.

The Marina Ibiza Oktoberfest once again proved that the marina isn’t just an outstanding port, but also a space where fun, tradition and the yachting spirit go hand in hand.
