IPM-IMG Marine Group has wrapped up another Monaco Yacht Show, held this year from 23 to 26 September at Port Hercule, having further cemented its profile at one of the superyacht industry’s biggest events.
Over the four-day show, the IPM-IMG team welcomed clients, partners and industry professionals to its stand on Quai Albert Ier, with a packed programme of meetings, industry discussions and presentations of its latest developments.
Monaco Yacht Show provided an opportunity for IPM-IMG Marine Group to showcase its combined offering and further raise the international profile of its marinas and refit yards across the Mediterranean, alongside the services and solutions it provides for owners, captains, crew and industry professionals.
Marina Ibiza, winner of a Blue Wake™ Award 2026
One of the highlights of this year’s event was the presentation of a Blue Wake™ Award 2026 to Marina Ibiza, an accolade handed out by Monaco Yacht Show as part of its Blue Wake™ programme, which in turn is developed in partnership with the Water Revolution Foundation to highlight yachting industry initiatives with a proven and measurable environmental impact.
Marina Ibiza was honoured in the Yacht Services/Brokerage/Charter category for its Posidonia seagrass restoration project, an initiative focused on the regeneration of one of the Mediterranean’s key ecosystems.
The project, carried out in partnership with the Vellmarí Association, is part of Marina Ibiza’s ongoing efforts to help revive Posidonia oceanica seagrass meadows while raising awareness among clients, owners, captains and visitors about the importance of protecting this ecosystem.
Winning a Blue Wake™ Award is a major international accolade for this project and underlines Marina Ibiza’s commitment to a more responsible yachting community linked to the conservation of the marine environment.
Sustainability also played a key role for IPM-IMG Marine Group at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show. Both Marina Ibiza and STP Shipyard Palma had previously been shortlisted for the Blue Wake™ programme for their respective projects on marine regeneration and energy efficiency, highlighting two complementary lines of action within the group’s environmental strategy.
Meeting point for the global industry
Aside from the accolade received, Monaco Yacht Show was once again a strategic event for IPM-IMG Marine Group, providing the opportunity to meet with clients and partners, contemplate new opportunities and share experiences with leading players in the international superyacht industry.
Attending Monaco is part of the group’s strategy to stay firmly on the radar at the industry’s most influential events, showcasing its integrated offering of marinas, refit yards and specialised service providers in various Mediterranean destinations to the international market.
After Monaco Yacht Show, IPM-IMG Marine Group’s international trade show programme continues at Valencia Boat Show, between 28 October and 1 November, and then at METSTRADE, between 17 and 19 November at RAI Amsterdam. Both shows will provide a further platform to boost strategic relationships, generate new opportunities and showcase the evolution of its facilities and specialist services to the international superyacht industry.
