Marina Ibiza renews “T” for Tourism Quality recognition with special mention to innovation and social responsibility

Marina once again receives the SICTED award, acknowledging its commitment to service excellence since 2018

Award reflects good practices in innovation, functional diversity and corporate responsibility

Marina Ibiza has for the seventh year running been honoured with the SICTED (Comprehensive System of Tourism Quality in Destinations) award, an initiative led by the Spanish Ministry of Tourism that recognises companies and services committed to the continuous improvement of tourism quality.

The official award ceremony took place recently at an institutional event in Ibiza, where Marina Ibiza’s compliance with good practices in the fields of innovation, corporate social responsibility and functional diversity was particularly highlighted.

“This recognition reflects the everyday work of our entire team to deliver not just a high quality service, but also to integrate values such as sustainability, accessibility and innovation into every aspect of the marina”, said Dani Mari, Manager of Marina Ibiza. “We’re proud to be part of the group of tourism companies that are committed to responsible tourism with a broad future vision”.

This award is part of the SICTED model, promoted by the Spanish Secretary of State for Tourism with the collaboration of the Ibiza Island Council, the Balearic Agency for Tourism Strategy and the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces.

The renewal of the “T” for Tourism Quality recognition confirms Marina Ibiza’s position as a nationwide benchmark in the management of marinas, while also underlining its commitment to excellence in customer service, sustainability and the responsible destination development.
