On 1 November, three of its most iconic restaurants \u2013 ROTO, Calma and Cappuccino \u2013 will be kicking off the winter season, welcoming guests to enjoy the marina&#8217;s waterfront setting, exceptional cuisine and year-round charm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ROTO: the most vibrant winter on the island<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With its spectacular views of Dalt Vila and its unparalleled atmosphere, ROTO will be keeping the spirit of fun alive with a weekly line-up that features music, dining and great vibes every single night:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wednesdays \u2013 <em>Fire and Passion<\/em>: express salsa classes, a flavour-packed dinner, and the vibrant rhythms of Rodrigo Espinosa and Escribano.<\/li>\n<li>Thursdays \u2013 <em>Piano Bar<\/em>: an evening full of surprises, guided by Eusebio and Borja, where the piano sets the tone for a night that stirs every emotion.<\/li>\n<li>Fridays \u2013 <em>SABOR by Eribertho Cruz &amp; Friends<\/em>: feel the Cuban spirit at ROTO with Caribbean beats and an irresistible culinary fusion.<\/li>\n<li>Saturdays &#8211; <em>ROTO Classics<\/em>: a musical journey through the greatest hits of the 80s, 90s and noughties in the most authentic atmosphere of the island.<\/li>\n<li>Sundays \u2013 <em>ROTO Roast<\/em>: lunch by the sea with ROTO&#8217;s signature menu, live music and the perfect laid-back atmosphere to take things slow.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And for a more intimate experience, <em>Bunker Room<\/em> opens its doors on Fridays and Saturdays, with \u00c1ngel Linde and guest artists in an exclusive venue where every beat resonates to the core.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CALMA: Mediterranean essence by the sea<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Calma is still the ultimate waterfront escape for those who know how to enjoy the good life.<\/p>\n<p>For the winter season, the restaurant will maintain its summer opening hours until 30 October.
